Thanks Neil. I feel should wait a week to hear back more councils.
Once we hear what they have to say, them we go after Paul and Claude as you 
said.

I would be very happy to work along with you Neil in drafting a letter to
Paul and Claude. I will be away from December 12th to January 6th for
holidays but will have my laptop with me.

What does everyone else think?

Brothers and Sisters. We can't let the National renage on the promise we
received for a by annual Council Presidents conference/meeting .

We  must go directly to Paul and Claude to ensure they honour the
committment made at our inagural meeting in Toronto. We can establish a
committee to organise and plan the event if staff resources are the problem. We could also use some of our $60000 project funding to fund event costs if 
that is causing the problem.

They heard our message in Montreal but seem to have different plans.

I wonder what they are? And I wonder why they don't want to host our get
together as was agreed to at the last get together that we meet every two
years.

My apologies, I was travelling yesterday and did not get a chance to get to e-mails. I will be sending out some new info to district councils in the new year. We will not be planning a conference in 2010 but we will look at some 
other options for planning and communication.
