Dear Brothers and Sisters,

The Harper Government will be tabling its 2009 Budget and we want him to know that investments in early learning and child care must be made a priority as part of a "stimulus" package to help Canadian families better balance work and family. We need each and everyone of you to complete the federal government's on-line budget submission <http://www.ccaac.ca/pdf/campaign/Online%20Federal%20Budget%20Submission_Dec08.pdf> *Please* *take a few minutes right now and tell the Minister of Finance your views and priorities* for the 2009 federal budget. Let the government know that quality, affordable, inclusive child care services are key to Canada's economic recovery, along with other social infrastructure investments. You will notice that you can rate your priorities from a list of options presented and then add a priority of your own. Make your priority for early learning and child care your number "1" priority and then rate the remaining list. Let's make child care an issue for the Federal Budget
